What we are glad to hear about
- A correction: a wrong number, a legal entity that changed, or a sentence that no longer matches the official source. Attach the source link if you can; it makes the fix faster.
- Outdated fees: if the fee on a platform's buy screen differs from what we quote in the exchange comparison or in any review, tell us the platform and the date.
- A platform that stopped serving Saudi residents: a rejection at KYC, or an account closed because of your country of residence. These are the most valuable notes we receive.
- Press and research: enquiries from journalists and researchers about the site's data or method. Mention your outlet and your deadline.
What we cannot do
When to expect a reply
We usually reply within a few business days. Sourced corrections are handled first because they matter to every reader; general questions can take longer. If nothing arrives within a week, check your spam folder and send again.
We read and write Arabic and English, so use whichever you prefer. Never put passwords, seed phrases, card photos or bank account numbers in a message; we will never ask for them, and anyone who does so in our name is a scammer.
